Our relationship to Jacque Riddlemoser dates back to 1975, before our founder Cheryl Little ever imagined being a quilter. Jacque was already teaching quiltmaking in her home and quilting regularly with her church group and shopping at Cheryl's gift shop - The Window Box in Meridian, Idaho. When Cheryl bought an antique brass and iron bed frame for a 100 year old home and wanted to make a quilt she knew just who to call. Jacque was her first teacher and stills rates as her best!! With over 25 years of history, we are very proud to introduce patterns from the person who has most influenced The Cotton Club and without whom we may never have exisited. If you make up one of Jacque's patterns, we promise you will have a good time and a terrific product!

Home Run
By Jacque Riddlemoser for Glendora's Girl Patterns, this 58" x 90" Pieced & Appliqued Quilt is ideal for any baseball lover. Jacque made it for a grandson's high school graduation.

Since, Alexander Henry has finally reprinted the background fabric - AH82 Seventh Inning - Jacque used in this pattern, we have a kit available. It is 8 yards and the cost is $69.96. The kit does not come with the pattern so if you do not already own it, be sure to order it as well. If you want a backing either the red (AH79) or the tan (AH80) baseballs would be wonderful.

If you prefer to use your own border print, we currently have two ombre blue fabrics which would work for your background. One is GR14 and the other is GR15. Even KMS55 Puffy Clouds would work beautifully. 1 1/2 yards is required for the background.

We also have AH79 and AH80, two baseball fabrics to consider for the piecing. Either would also make a great backing. The size makes this a litte odd for backing - 2 lenghts of 90 or 3 of 58. We suggest you buy one 96" length, split it down the middle and use your scraps down the middle to make it the 58" wide.

Now with the Complexion Collection it will be easy to buy just the right skin tone for the face and body. For the Complexion Collection Click Here.

And while you are at it, why not add the perfect Aurifil Thread to sew it together. Eggshell Tan is a wonderful neutral beige that will be ideal for many projects.
